自上料水泥搅拌车每日工作前都要检查各润滑处的油料及电路和控制设备，并按要求加注润滑油。但是搅拌机需要润滑的本地有很多，加润滑剂的方法和量都不相同，有时候还需要更换新的润滑剂。

Before the concrete mixer works every day, check the oil, circuit and control equipment at each lubrication point, and fill the lubricating oil as required. However, there are many places where the mixer needs to be lubricated. The method and quantity of adding lubricant are different. Sometimes, a new lubricant needs to be replaced.

自上料水泥搅拌车必须保证自上料水泥搅拌车机体的清洁，机体内的污物及障碍物，特别是自上料水泥搅拌车的搅拌叶片或侧叶片与罐内壁间的异物。

The concrete mixer must ensure the cleanness of the concrete mixer body and remove the dirt and obstacles in the body, especially the foreign matters between the mixing blade or side blade of the concrete mixer and the inner wall of the tank.

①每日工作前必须检查传动离合器和制动器是否灵活可靠，钢丝绳是否损坏，轨道滑轮是否良好，周围有无障碍及各部位的润滑情况等;

① Before daily operation, it is necessary to check whether the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, whether the steel wire rope is damaged, whether the track pulley is in good condition, whether there are obstacles around and the lubrication of various parts, etc;

②搅拌机必须实施二级漏电保护，上班前电源接通后，必须仔细检查，经空车试转认为合格后，方可使用;

② The mixer must be provided with two-level leakage protection. After the power supply is connected before going to work, it must be checked carefully. It can be used only after it is considered qualified after the idle test run;

③自上料水泥搅拌车每日工作前，在搅拌筒内加水空转12秒钟，同时检查离合器和制动装置工作的可靠性。

③ Before the concrete mixer works every day, add water into the mixing drum and idle for 1 to 2 seconds. At the same time, check the reliability of the clutch and brake device.

混凝土工程量大且工期长时，宜选用中型或大型固定式自上料水泥搅拌车或搅拌站。如混凝土工程量小且工期短时，宜选用中小型移动式搅拌机。

When the concrete quantity is large and the construction period is long, medium or large fixed concrete mixer or mixing station should be selected. If the concrete quantity is small and the construction period is short, the medium and small mobile mixer should be selected.

搅拌混凝土为塑性或半塑式时，宜选用自落式搅拌机。它结构简单，维修方便，相对于强制式来说，搅拌效果稍差些。如搅拌混凝土为高强度、干硬性或为轻质混凝土时，宜选用强制式搅拌机。它结构较为复杂，维修保养要求高，但搅拌效果好，效率高。

When the mixing concrete is plastic or semi plastic, the self dropping mixer should be selected. It has simple structure and convenient maintenance. Compared with the forced type, the mixing effect is slightly worse. If the mixing concrete is high strength, dry hard or light concrete, the forced mixer should be selected. It has complex structure and high maintenance requirements, but it has good mixing effect and high efficiency.
