1、准备好紧急驱动软管，将故障商品混凝土水泥搅拌运输车熄火，卸下液压马达上的高压油管接头。

2、将救援车熄火，将其液压马达的高压油管卸下，并与故障车上的对应接头用紧急驱动软管相连。

3、发动救援车，将其操纵手柄拨出料位置，故障车内的商品混凝土即被排出。

4、紧急驱动完毕后，将驱动软管卸下，并恢复两车原状。

1、若个方法实行有困难，则必须采用以下方法，立即排出商品混凝土。

2、在托轮和滚道之间放入木楔，以控制搅拌筒的旋转，一定要注意;将发动机熄火，拆松液压马达的一根高压油管，搅拌筒可自由旋转，控制搅拌筒的旋转，使维修孔转到下部，然后打开维修孔，清理出筒内商品混凝土。此时一定要注意，商品混凝土排出完毕后，恢复商品混凝土水泥搅拌运输车原状。

2. Put a wooden wedge between the supporting roller and the raceway to control the rotation of the mixing drum. Be sure to pay attention to safety. Turn off the engine and loosen a high-pressure oil pipe of the hydraulic motor.
